Facial Services Cancellation & No-Show Policy Effective Date: ___________ At Flax Locks Studio Spa, we value the time of both our clients and our estheticians. To provide the best service experience, we ask all clients to respect our scheduling policies. Appointment Cancellation Policy Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a facial appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. Same-day cancellations may be charged the full cancellation fee. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for all future appointments. Late Arrival Policy Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment. If the service can still be performed within the remaining appointment time, it may be shortened while the full service fee remains applicable. Deposit Requirement Certain facial treatments may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of the service. Deposits may be forfeited if the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or in the event of a no-show. Emergency Situations We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of management for documented emergencies, severe illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
